While in California I was able to meet Jace Turner one of my favorite guys on lookbook.

Here is a Free Spirit inspired photo shoot I took of him along with a mini interview!

Tell us a little about yourself:

My name is Jason Coulson Dante Turner. I currently live in Los Angeles, California. I'm half Australian and half Filipino. I love to draw, swim, play basketball, watch anime, and lately I've been enjoying reading. :)

What do you like best about living in California?

I love the people here. I swear I meet the most amazing people here. The friends I have are irreplaceable. I also love the food! There's nearly every type of food here and it's all delicious. And, being near the beach is always a good thing. Surfing, skim boarding, and having bonfires is always fun. We also have snowboarding here too! I haven't gone in a while but that's definitely something I love doing as well.

If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go?

Anywhere?! I would definitely go to Tokyo, Japan. Although I don't know how to speak Japanese, I love their food and their lifestyle so much that I would enjoy being around it for a while.

If you had to choose one song to be the theme song of your life which one would it be?

Hehe I know this is a little bit of a cheat, but it's Madeon - Pop Culture. :)

Who or what do you think you were in your past life?

I've never been asked this before! Since I can't really relate myself to anyone, I would like to think I was a dragon :). I love that free, not from this world, flying type of feeling.

I’m just a bit obsessed with your tattoo, does it have any special meaning behind it?

I got it for the main reason of family. My cousins who raised me when I got here have similar but more aggressive tattoos. Also they are the ones who tatted it onto me. Since I grew up without a father, they taught me many things about life. I can't thank them enough and I always want to remember them wherever I go. My tattoo however consists of a Koi, a blooming lotus, cherry blossoms, water, and a lotus bud. I'll leave it up to you to find out the symbolism. :)

If you had to describe yourself in color theory which one(s) would it be and why?

Hmm this one is a tough one. Because I usually like shades instead of colors, but if I had to choose colors for myself, it would be along the lines of a turquoise, cyan, lavender, and a few mixes between purple and blue. I suppose I'm kind of a sensitive person, and those colors have always been most appealing to me.
