Indian Summer

 One trend I’m glad to see reoccur this spring is Aztec print, but this time it’s okay to mix and match them, and the brighter the better! The colour “rorange” and sky blue compliment each other quite remarkably while adding a neutral base of canvas beige to create the perfect Indian summer. Although this print may be very dominant, try pairing your outfit with washed out denim. Another popular trend this season is bleached and faded tye-dye denim. Although I’m wearing diverse featured trends, I chose to wear this one secondarily, hardly noticed at first sight. My favourite highlight of this outfit is my dress shoes focused with a bright orange base complementing my Aztec print tank. In all evidence to my love of “matchy-matchyness” introducing my friend Emily Conrad wearing a similar outfit in relation to this trend.  What’s going on in my life? With only 3 weeks left of school, I’m anxious to finally finish my fashion program and start a new chapter of my life. I’ve been spending most of my time making sure I get good grades while maintaining honors. (I know, who would’ve thought.) This weekend I Art Directed my end of the year fashion editorial assignment. If any of you saw the sneak peek on instagram, I promise to show you the finished product soon! On top of all that my birthday is in 2 weeks! I’ve been planning a neon themed dance party!
