DIY Levi's 501

Hey guys!! I took my Original 501 mineral red fit pants by Levi's and customized them the way I wanted too! As much as I like the fit, I wanted to make them a bit more tight and straight legged and so I had tailored them in near the ends. I also thought it would look nice with some bleach accents and rips here and there, and so I took my nifty cheese grater to the test! I really wanted to give the jeans that vintage effect, so I made an even bigger hole by the knee using my scissors to give that really worn out look. The bleach didn't take as much effect as I wanted it too even though I had left it over night, but it had lightened them up quite a bit. Lastly, I threw them in the wash to let the distressed details unfold and look natural. They really transformed into my perfect Levi's DIY creation! Check out the step by step DIY tutorial below and try it yourself! Don't forget to enter the awesome Levi's contest! Only a few days left! You can win an trip to Sao Paolo which is my dream city, or come visit me in Tdot ;)
