If you close your eyes, it will take you to a place you'll remember. #smellslikememories I'm always on the hunt to find the newest and intriguing fragrances to go along with my style, -and recently I was able to try the 'Replica' Eau de Toilette from Maison Margiela. Viceroy Central Park

During my trip to New York City last week I stayed at the beautiful Viceroy Central Park in the heart of Manhattan. While being steps away from MOMA, Times Square and 5th Avenue shopping it was a really convenient location for where I wanted to be. 

What makes the Viceroy Hotel so unique are that the rooms are customized with rich exotic woods, aged leather and mixed metals to create a nostalgic and elegant atmosphere. The wooden furniture is designed with a compact look while having a mini closet, fridge, expresso machine and ironing equipment all stowed in the bed frame to maximize space. The bluetooth portable sound system also came in handy for the perfect New York Minute playlist.

Next time I visit New York City I would definitely like to return to this beautiful midtown oasis.

Beach Loungin' with Bather

During my vacation to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico I was on the hunt for some new swimwear to feature. I came across Bather, a Men's Surf & Swimwear company which fit naturally with my personal style.

Into the SKYE

When it comes to shoes I can be quite particular while trying to find the perfect pair, but after discovering SKYE Footwear they became my favourite kicks for many reasons.

My Top 10 Holiday Gifts (that I want but most likely won't be getting this year)

I don't normally make a Christmas list but I thought why not do a few cliché things this year considering most else is muted and untraditional.

Let's get real- I simply wanted to share some of the things that have been in my radar in a non-sponsored post.  because if you like my taste then maybe you can get some of these for yourself or for some other handsome fella in your life. 

Even though I've been a really good boy this year, I most likely won't be getting any of these for Christmas because I've got some bills to pay which unfortunately should come first. So on that very positive note let's get started!!! 

Four Seasons Holiday Getaway

If you're looking for the perfect holiday getaway the Four Seasons hotel in Toronto is the perfect relaxing retreat. 

When I first walked into the premiere room I was instantly impressed by the spacious and relaxing design. The settle decor and matching artwork creates a soft dreamy feel to the room. As someone who I really admires interior design, I found myself fascinated by the selected artwork and wall accents. One of my favourite features of the room would have to be the crescent-shaped sofa that's ideally designed for intimate conversation. 

When it comes to hotels, having a nice bathroom with the perfect lighting is something I find at the top of my priority list.  -and what more could you ask for than having a TV hidden in the mirror?

The Dream bathroom with spacious counters and granite interior is really luxury at it's finest.

The floor-to-ceiling windows showing the view of downtown Toronto really makes a site to see especially during the night. Since these rooms are located high up on the 10th to 21st floors the downtown noise wasn't a disturbance in the slightest -even on a Friday night when the city becomes more lively. 

A night wouldn't be more complete without a quick visit to the spa where a sunlit indoor relaxation pool and hot tub adjoins to an outdoor terrance overlooking the city of Toronto.

Lastly, I must mention that the concierge team was very professional and welcoming upon our arrival and offered to help us with transportation later in the night. LOT42 Grand Opening Event

It's been a while since I've made a blog post but I wanted to share my experience from one the events that I recently attended on October 21st. The Grand Opening event for LOT42 Global Flex Campus was a night full of great live performances and really cool art displays. "A space for creators, developers, changers and movers to come alive."  The warehouse was transformed into a exhibit of eye catching art by muralists Bruno Smoky and Jerry Rugg. JD Sports // Nike Air Force 1

Today I'm sharing my newest pair of trainers that I got from JD Sports. These Nike Air Force 1 in triple white are light and extremely comfortable and I'm really pleased with the feel of them. They also arrived really fast in the mail and I was quick to break them in. It also makes it really easy to style as most of my active clothing is also black and white. Toronto Events: Artbound // AmexCobalt

Toronto always has exciting events going on in the city, but last Thursday would have to have been more electrifying than most! It started off with a pop-up restaurant event created in celebration of American Express Canada's new card where guests got to enjoy a five course meal cooked by Chef Antonio Park. What's great about the new #AmexCobalt card is that it's targeted for a younger audience with some major rewards when doing all the fun things like travelling, eating, shopping and even taking a taxi. #YouDoYou is a celebration to yourself by getting rewarded by just doing what you like and not having to work around the card. 🙌🏻💳✨

Later in the night I got to attend Artbound; a party with purpose. This night of transformative talent was overflowing with inspirational people and creative performances. 

The theme of this event was #worldwithcolour while all guests took part in a black & white or full colour dress code. Party with a purpose was created to raise money to fund creative programs currently in six countries and with a goal to expand in the future.  It was also great to see Busty and the Bass, a nine member hip-hop soul group from Montreal who I must mention sounds amazing live! My favourite part of the night was when I spotted the lead singer and got a chance to chat with him right before they went on stage. #Artbound was such a wonderful experience and I appreciate all the hard work and planning it took to organize such a successful event.
